Work Undertaken:
Installation of a bespoke ‘High-Vent’ Exhaust system on a new specialist fleet tractor to enable compliance with waste paper and other specialist materials handling requirements.
The project also included the design and specifiation of a new hydraulic wet-kit – supplied by Priden Engineering – to maximise the tractor’s haulage capability across a number of recycling scenarios – including ‘walking floor’ haulage.

Complete bulk blower / tipper body swap / transplant from a retired vehicle – included full equipment & weighing system refurbishment / installation.

Installation of a customised ‘Hydraulic Wet Kit’ system to enable bulk tip application on a new fleet vehicle. Included repositioning of battery trays and air tanks to allow for oil reservoir.

Investigate problem with hydraulic system pressure and pump leak. Problems identified in circuits – resolved and replaced main hydraulic pump with new Edbro pump unit. Routine 4 monthly service on hydraulic equipment

Work undertaken:
Installation of a customised ‘Hydraulic Wet Kit’ system to enable bulk tip application on a new fleet vehicle. Conversion of exisiting auxilliary diesel tank to form hydraulic oil reservoir.

Removal of body and equipment from redundant chassis full refurbishment and refit to new chassis.

Initial assessment and upgrade of redundant dust filter system – re-source and apply revised & improved units. Refurb unit and rebuild.

Initial assessment and investigation of of complete hydraulic and pneumatic systems failure – replace main hydraulic pump with new twin output Parker Hydraulic Pump unit.
